CURRENT JOURNEY
How CredR Procure bikes ?
When a customer decides to sell their bike, they’re often required to go through multiple steps and checks. This lengthy and complicated process can quickly become frustrating, causing them to abandon it altogether and look for an alternative that feels simpler and more convenient.

We conducted interviews with former CredR executives, first-time users looking to sell their bikes, as well as existing users who have already completed a sale on the platform.
COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
Uncovering missed opportunities
We also explored competitors in the space, further uncovering how CredR had a huge miss opportunity when it came to having a Quick KYC process in order to retain users on the platform.
FINAL SOLUTION
Virtual Connect
We built a dedicated portal that allows CredR executives to connect with users on a call, send a WhatsApp link to generate an OTP, and log in on the user’s behalf to complete onboarding in real time.
Real-Time Bike Assessment
In the next step, the portal enables image and video uploads of the bike. While on the call, executives guide customers through the upload process, simultaneously verifying the bike’s condition. Real-time feedback from the app is reflected in the portal, allowing executives to track what has been uploaded, what’s pending, and what comes next—making the entire process seamless and controlled.
Ground Report
In parallel, CredR executives generate a detailed ground report using the images and videos uploaded by the user. This 50+ Parameters evaluation captures the bike’s base condition with high accuracy and clarity.
Live Inspection
The final step is live inspection. Using the images and videos uploaded by the user, executives conduct a detailed review through the portal, typically lasting 30–40 minutes. Within two hours, customers receive clear confirmation on whether the bike is saleable and, if eligible, the quotation offered.
SOLUTION INTEGRATION
Integrating the MVP into CredR's Ecosystem
As part of usability testing, we trained executives on the live inspection portal through dummy calls, followed by a one-day pilot with real users. This resulted in a 300% increase in conversions within a single day.
OUTCOME
3 months after the Launch
CredR Live Inspection significantly reduced the need for physical inspections, scaled user adoption, increased conversion rates by 80%, and improved user satisfaction by 90% by enabling faster bike quotations compared to other market alternatives.
